The federal government has agreed to relax some rules around Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS), expected to boost investment in private networks operating in the 3550-3700 MHz band. This change, advocated by industry groups, is expected to allow more entities to deploy CBRS networks in areas previously reserved for the military.
