Don’t miss out as the Alliance continues to accelerate and expand the CBRS ecosystem. Members can expect a great event full of networking opportunities and engaging discussions from the Alliance on the ecosystem and what lies ahead. This event is being co-located with WInnForum in Reston, VA, May 20-21.

Interested in speaking at the May Members Meeting?
The Alliance is pleased to offer Members the opportunity to share their innovative 4G and 5G solutions and deployment challenges in the CBRS Band with fellow members and attendees. The Alliance is looking for submissions which are of interest to the wider industry, innovative, and educational. By submitting a speaking proposal, you are not guaranteed a speaking slot at the Annual Members Meeting. You are able to submit multiple abstracts on different topics.
How to Submit
Interested participants can submit their proposed presentation abstract(s) for OnGo Alliance review here.
Please review the Speaker Guidelines and below milestone list for future due dates before submitting any proposed abstracts*.
Speaker Milestones:
- Call for Speakers opens [Thursday, January 30, 2025]
- Call for Speakers closes [Wednesday, March 12, 2025]
- Selected speakers will be notified and provided with full speaker kit [Monday, March 17, 2025]
- Draft presentations due for review [Friday, May 2, 2025]
- Feedback provided to speakers on presentations [Friday, May 9, 2025]
- Final presentation (including feedback) submitted and frozen [Wednesday, May 14, 2025]
*Note that registering and submitting materials does not guarantee you will be selected as a speaker at this event. Unique use cases, and not sales pitches will be prioritized in the selection process. We will follow up with those selected following the associated deadlines and provide notice to those not chosen.
